Chrome-plated brass barstock, dual stage cylinder regulator for inert medical laboratory gas applications
The CONCOA 315 Series regulator, designed for non-corrosive or inert gas, is ideal for medical laboratory applications requiring constant outlet pressure or flow rate. Two stage regulation provides an intermediate pressure reduction stage that automatically compensates for the gradual reduction in cylinder pressure, such that the outlet pressure or flow remains stable. The regulator offers point-of-use pressure control in five different pressure delivery ranges, from 0-15 PSIG (0-2 BAR) to 0-200 PSIG (0-14 BAR). CONCOA offers the 315 with a standard 2-15 lpm flowgauge calibrated for carbon dioxide for medical CO ₂ lasers and cell growth chambers, as well as a custom 2-15 lpm flowgauge calibrated for a specific gas or gas mixture. For these options, CONCOA uses a thermal mass flowmeter to size the outlet orifice to the desired flow requirements of the specific gas. While the 315 Series regulator is available with inlet and outlet connections typical for medical use, it is not for therapeutic use with humans.
