Hattersley Companion Valves (e.g. the Fig. DPF1732) are fixed-orifice double regulating valves designed to be used alongside a Hattersley Differential Pressure Control Valve (DPCV); they provide a stable, measured flow orifice and an integral tapping point for an impulse tube, helping to maintain set flow rates in a sub-circuit independent of pressure fluctuations elsewhere.
