Six-port, dual stage, SilcoNert® 2000 treated cylinder regulator for reactive analytical applications
The CONCOA 430 Series SilcoNert® 2000 treated regulator provides primary pressure regulation of reactive or corrosive calibration mixtures or pure gases in applications requiring an extremely inert wetted finish and stable delivery pressure regardless of inlet pressure. The proprietary, non-reactive amorphous Silicon CVD finish provides excellent inertness for reactive calibration standards and significantly more corrosion resistance than bare 316L stainless steel or other more expensive alloys. With available options installed at the factory, the 430 Series SilcoNert treated regulator may be configured as a single station manifold with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.
